Ping Golf Clubs
As a Ping Golf Club Fitting center we stock the full line of Ping golf clubs and equipment. Demo clubs are available for testing, and club fitting sessions with PGA Professional, Herman Williams, are available by appointment. Current golf club models in stock include the G20 drivers, G20 fairway woods, G20 hybrids, Tour S wedges and several of the most popular Ping putter designs. For the golfer who may be challenged to launch the ball high enough or has a tendency to slice, we also have demos available from the Ping K15 series. These are very user friendly and highly recommended for the player looking for a game-improvement club design.
Starter Golf Club Sets
For the beginning golfer on a budget or the junior golfer just getting started, the Golf Academy has boxed sets of clubs ready to go with everything required to go play. These sets are complete with irons, metal woods, putter and golf bag. Supply golf balls and tees and you’re ready for your first round of golf.
Golf Bags
Golf Bags are available in a variety of sizes and colors to suit any golfer from hard-core walker to weekend cart rider. Popular Ping golf bag designs include the Ping Hoofer golf bag, a great all-around carry bag with legs. We also have the Ping Traverse golf bag and the Ping Pioneer golf bag. Additional golf bags in stock include several designs from Callaway Golf, Bag Boy and Datrek.
Golf Gloves
The Golf Academy stocks all golf glove sizes from juniors to ladies to mens’ XXL. We have an affordable cabretta leather glove from Callaway that sells for $12.95 and a popular synthetic, all-weather glove from Top Flite that wears really well and is reasonably priced at only $7.95. Juniors and Ladies gloves are the popular Foot Joy Weather Sof.
Golf Balls
No golf shop would be complete without golf balls. At the Golf Academy we focus on the top performers from the top manufacturers in golf – Titleist and Bridgestone.
Titleist is renowned for its consistency and performance on Tour for decades and we carry the ProV1 and ProV1x. However, a little known secret is the ProV1 Practice ball sold at a substantial savings over the regular ProV1 and ProV1x. Deemed legal for regulation play on Tour this is the same ball given to Tour players for warmup before their rounds on Tour. It is a 100% top grade ProV1, but it is delivered in a generic white box and is stamped practice. The savings is dramatic – call our golf shop for pricing. Supplies subject to availability.
Bridgestone golf balls have proven to be amazing performers over the last decade as the backing of Bridgestone Tire and Rubber, and particularly their racing research division, has brought them to the forefront of golf ball design.
